Ten Paper Ladies in a Box

There’s no one way to feel about being stuck in a box, sometimes you’re angry, depressed, motivated to get out, in denial or just trying to make the most of your situation.
I wanted to use this window space at the Des Lee Gallery in downtown St. Louis to think about how I respond to the “boxes” I find myself in, whether they be based on my race, gender or anything else.
